Esmond Lau

Hello! I'm married to Winnie and we have three young kids, Micah (9), Isobel (6) and Zoe (4). We were both born in Hong Kong, grew up in Brisbane, and trained as pharmacists. After we got married in 2010, we moved to Sydney to train for ministry because we were convicted of the need for more full-time gospel workers.

I am a longsuffering fan of the Arsenal Football Club (we still haven't won any major trophies since I started following Arsenal in 2005), love making decent espresso for coffee connoiseurs, and recently picked up golf as a new hobby during COVID. I enjoy cheap and tasty food, deep friendships and movies where the good guy always wins. Most of all, I am passionate about following Jesus and seeing others know and love him.
